Introduction
We are Alasdair and Liz and we live at Stronaba just to the north of Spean Bridge. We have a market garden that we have been developing over the past couple of years.
We practise no dig principles; planting vegetables with minimal disturbance to the soil, no use of fertiliser and just an annual application of manure.
We have outdoor vegetable beds, a polytunnel and chickens who provide us with a valuable source of manure (as well as delicious free range eggs). We are very excited by the variety of vegetables we have been able to grow and look forward to sharing
some of our bounty.
We also have a commercial kitchen and process our excess produce into a range of chutneys and relishes.
